The Chemist is the Cyber arena's masked cook — a hazmat-suited figure who treats bomb-craft as precision science and never says who he was before the lab.

Origin

Splice records list no prior identity: only a goggled silhouette, a portable lab, and formulas of alarming purity. Arena folklore claims he was once a mild instructor of some kind who discovered, late in life, an aptitude for applied chemistry — a story suspiciously similar to a certain prestige-television antihero the internet memed into immortality. The Chemist neither confirms nor denies. He is the one who knocks; the door just happens to explode.

Rise

His reputation in the arenas rests on craftsmanship: charges measured to the milligram, detonations of unusual color, purity rumored at 99.1 percent. Spectators claim they can identify his bombs by hue alone.

Connections

He supplies Galaxy Brain with unstable ideas and refuses, on principle, to sell to Degen.
